This workshop is an introduction to positive gender inclusivity within arts organisations. We will discuss best practice and provide a space for relaxed and open discussion. We provide nuanced and informed training, which will enable your organisation to enact sensitive and inclusive change. The outcome of this workshop will be a tangible toolkit for venues and organisations to use when actioning gender inclusivity.
We know that conversation around gender and identity is fast moving, politically charged and ever-changing and this training ensures your organisation stays up-to-date with dialogue, policy and language.
