Milk Presents reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to an event we are hosting. Milk Presents reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Any recording of the event by audience members or participants (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises and online.

 

Concessions

Concessions are available to a variety of people and are specific to each event. It will be made clear if the event has concession rates and who these rates apply to on the event page.

 

Ticket offers and promotions

Ticket offers and promotions are always subject to availability and at the management’s discretion.

 

Age Recommendations

Some of our events have age recommendations and some of our events have strict age restrictions according to content. Please respect these guidelines & restrictions. Milk Presents reserve the right to refuse entry or participation if you cannot prove your age at an event where age restrictions are applied. Where age recommendations are given it is the responsibility of the individual or guardian to decide for themselves if they wish to attend and Milk Presents are not responsible for that decision.

 

Fees

We don’t charge a booking fee for tickets. You may be asked to make a donation to help us continue our work.

 

Resales

Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than Milk Presents. Failure to comply will make this ticket and transaction void. We do not offer resales.

 

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email but money has been taken from your account, please contact hello@milkpresents.com.

 

Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. Credit card details are entered on a secure page, and are transferred using SSL technology. Stripe are responsible for the payment process.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

We can only offer refunds for cancelled events or faulty items.

Postage

Items will be posted via standard 2nd class royal mail postage. We regret we are unable to post outside of the UK currently.
